Since 1991, Southworth has been a different kind of club developer. Recognizing an opportunity to create a more inclusive private club experience, the company was founded to challenge the status quo. Our bold vision was the creation of a new breed of private clubs that were welcome to all and that fostered community, family, and fun. We began this journey with Willowbend in Cape Cod, and today, our legacy continues to evolve. For our members and residents, Southworth is a trusted curator of an elevated lifestyle whose clubs offer authentic community and connections—for a life well-lived.
