Employee Resource Groups
At Pluralsight, our ERGs are identity-based communities that act as a voice for underrepresented team members, offering opportunities for growth & education as well as directive feedback to executives & other functional leaders. All of our ERGs are open to allies, receive a sponsor from the executive team, a budget, and goals that align with our D&B strategy. We’re always looking to add to and grow our ERGs. Our current groups include, Pride@PS, seeColor (BIPOC), Veterans@PS and Women at Pluralsight.
Mentorship and Allyship Series
Women at Pluralsight offers a mentorship program where employees of all genders can apply to be a mentor or mentee. This program aims to create relationships that foster personal and professional growth.
Our ERGs collaborated to create an allyship series for employees of all backgrounds to authentically and safely engage with one another. This series provided an opportunity for team members to learn what it means to be an ally along with actionable tools to advance their own allyship journeys.
