A resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit and strong business acumen to help excel business development for Southworth Clubs. This role requires exceptional relationship-building and sales skills to join our team. If you are naturally outgoing and sociable, with a proven ability to connect with everyone in the room and drive sales, we encourage you to apply. The Sales Development role is the engine behind our market expansion. You are a critical part of our high performing sales team. You will be directly responsible for driving net-new pipeline for our onsite real estate teams. In many instances, the SDR is our first contact point which involves research, outreach, and communication to establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients. Your role is to educate prospects about Southworth Development's real estate and membership opportunities. Outlining the benefits of ownership and club privileges. You will harness your sales skills and knowledge that create qualified appointments for the onsite real estate team in a collective effort to close sales. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism during client interactions, including golf outings, prospect events, and other social engagements.
