Education, Training, and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field
• Experience testing within a technical development environment on complex business applications.
• Experience with UNIX and Shell scripting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be able to use SQL Developer or equivalent SQL Query tool.
• Familiarity with Jira or other bug reporting system
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
• Ability to take initiative and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive for learning and taking on new challenges.
• Automation testing with selenium will be considered a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders on software projects
• Execute in depth software testing, tracks issues and determine if system requirements have been met
• Document test cases, test results, and release notes
• Support User Acceptance Testing and provide assistance as needed
• Provide on-call production support for software releases and hot fixes
• Other duties as assigned.
