JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee Relations (ER) team, which is part of the Human Capital Management division, is dedicated to advising and coaching managers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship. Working with managers and employees to prevent, advise and resolve challenging and complex workplace situations, the ER team will work to protect and support the firm's culture in accordance with firm policies, our business principles, and applicable legal standards. The ER team is responsible for delivering regulatory, risk management and compliance driven activities related to workplace issues. The work is invariably of a sensitive nature.

This role will work closely with at least two regions across the ER team as well as the broader global team to manage regional and global commitments. The role is responsible for delivering reporting and governance activities as well as supporting strategic project-based initiatives working in partnership with teams in HCM, Compliance and Legal. The role will require excellent judgment, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities include:



  • Deliver ongoing metrics and reporting commitments (recurring and ad hoc)
  • Analyze ER metrics and develop insights relevant to local and global stakeholders
  • Support regional ER Advisors on all types of data analysis and data diagnostics
  • Support strategic initiatives to evolve the operational execution of the ER business (e.g., risk management obligations, operating model to deliver annual commitments)
  • Prepare and maintain relevant policy and procedure documentation
  • Prepare presentation materials for various senior management forums and committees
  • Partner in and outside of HCM on cross-functional activities (e.g. Legal, Firmwide Compensation, Executive Compensation, Compensation Accounting, Compliance, etc.)
  • Assist in developing and maintain internal training and/or procedural materials
  • Support vendor management obligations
  • Support ongoing systems maintenance
  • Other projects and assignments, as needed


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptionally strong Microsoft skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Business Objects); has the ability and curiosity to learn new applications
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills; exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner
  • Excellent judgment; knows when to escalate an issue with a willingness to be flexible
  • Ability to balance risk management with commercial delivery of projects
  • Strong sense of urgency with ability to multitask, prioritize and juggle competing deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; globally inclusive mindset;
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, HCM, Compliance, and/or Operations related experience would be helpful
