Account Manager I or II

Printpack is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Account Manager. This position is responsible for effectively managing sales and market share growth at a key account with an accessible packaging spend greater than $200MM. The successful candidate will manage relationships throughout our customer's organization and coordinate activities within Printpack's internal key account team to foster growth.

Printpack is looking for a leader with a competitive edge, willing to challenge existing behaviors and deliver both top and bottom-line sales results. Minimum Requirements:
  • A four-year degree in business or a technical field of study.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Prospecting/New Business Generation.

  • Experience with Large Account Management.

  • Proven track record working in flexible packaging or other specialty manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to:
  • Build internal relationships and direct activity to execute quickly, resulting in top-line sales growth.

  • Willing to challenge the status quo in a positive way and encourage new thought, leading to better results.

  • Excellent communicator. Able to build a team that works within the Key Account in such a way that Printpack becomes an extension of their organization.

  • Effectively manage all internal and external customer communication related to existing business and new business onboarding.

  • Establish him/herself as a reliable partner throughout multiple levels within Key account.

  • Develop and manage Key Account strategy with tactical plans for multiple business units.

  • Populate the sales funnel with value-added opportunities with a focus on accelerating opportunities toward commercialization.

  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and long-term partnership conversations within Printpack.

  • Manage both long- and short-term/day-to-day priorities effectively.
