Human Capital and Organizational Development Strategist Key Role: Work closely with Navy clients to tackle their unique challenges with innovative talent strategies and solutions. Create forward-leaning people programs and products that align closely with the client's mission and business objectives. Evaluate their talent management needs and gauge the success of current initiatives. Draw on your consulting acumen and a broad spectrum of expertise in human capital areas, such as talent planning, acquisition, development, and sustainment to provide insightful analysis and develop polished, data-driven deliverables. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, quickly shape ideas to bring about change, and collaborate and drive progress for our client's everchanging needs. Basic Qualifications:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
