Our interns will use broad engineering concepts and research methodology to asist senior engineers in designing and developing Keysight tooling and processes for microcircuit assembly as well as troubleshooting manufacturing problems of varying scope and complexity.


Responsibilities

* Provide research and prototyping assistance for NPI project involving epoxy dispensing, automatic placement, and wire bonding

* Assist in finalizing parts specification, BOM and 3D & 2D drawings.

* Participate in design analysis, root causing, DFM, DFMEA and design enhancement tasks.

* Involve in solving engineering problem and participate in various engineering evaluation, safety, and reliability tests.

* Contribute to process, value engineering and productivity improvement.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Candidate pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent

* Possess good understanding of fundamental physical theories and general engineering principles.

Desired Qualifications:

* Interest in electronic product mechanical design with intermediate CAD Skills.

* Possesses troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Capable of assessing technologies and product using variety of methods.

Pay Range:

USD $30.00 - USD $55.00 Hour

The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
