Focuses on improving procurement processes and implementing an e-sourcing tools and automations across the country.


  • Strategically enhance procurement processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier relationships.
  • Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge e-sourcing tool across all organizational levels within the country, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance procurement operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for procurement staff on the utilization of the e-sourcing tool to maximize its benefits.
  • Monitor and report on the e-sourcing tool's performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to procurement processes and the e-sourcing tool to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
  • Champion change management initiatives related to the adoption of the e-sourcing tool, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the procurement function.


  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • At least 5 years of experience of project management in an environment with strong operational metrics
  • At least 3 years of experience of Procurement processes
  • Academic Background: Graduated degree in Engineering, Finance, Civil Engineering, Systems or Administration.
  • Master's degree is desirable.
  • PC Programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel and ERP SAP.

  • Ability to work with standard office/computer equipment
  • Capable of working in an open office environment


  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force occasionally
  • The job involves sitting most of the time but also involves walking or standing for brief periods
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors
