Since the performance of the company depends on a team of dedicated industry professionals, the Leadership Development Program has been created to identify and train the next generation of business leaders and managers. Responsibilities Summary Over the course of a 12 month program, with 3 month rotations, Leadership Development Program (LDP) Associates will work with the company's Leasing Consultants, Assistant Community Managers, and Community Managers. LDP Associates will learn about sales, customer service, budgeting, pricing, financial forecasting, maintenance, and general management skills necessary to run a multi-million dollar business. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with community teams to answer inquiries and manage resident accounts
