Summary: Respond to and provide appropriate donor care to blood donors who have suffered an injury or had a reaction during or following a blood donation. Performs MD designee review and final quality evaluation of donor complication cases. Identifies the need to gain control of components from donors with certain complications that could affect recipient safety. May answer questions regarding donor eligibility and customer concerns. Shift: 2nd Shift Tues- Sat 3:00 pm-11:30 pm Will report into an office every day NOT a work from home position Responsibilities
Qualifications
The American Red Cross requires all new hires to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
