Wurth Revcar Fasteners, Inc., a division of the Wurth Group, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Roanoke, VA territory. Our focus is on developing comprehensive, custom inventory management solutions that provide our customers with maximum efficiency, control, and transparency.

Essential Functions:



  • Responsible for growing sales to achieve sales goals for current core industries and emerging industries and markets.
  • Responsible for prospecting customers to gain new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customer.
  • Create and maintain professional business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Utilization of consultative selling skills.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure retention, growth and client satisfaction.
  • Complete regular sales call plans & results as well as other basic company reporting.


Education/Experience Requirements:



  • Four-year degree is required
  • Experience with fastener related products/applications is a plus
  • Experience in industrial sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook required
  • Good driving record is required - Regular travel will be required
  • Strong communication skills - ability to effectively relay information to the customer and coordinate with business partners
