Position Highlights:

  • Sign on bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 (amount depends on shift, 2 years of prior CST experience is required for sign-on bonus)

  • Position: Certified Surgical Technologist

  • Hourly Pay Range: $24.06 - $39.92. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $26.61 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.

  • Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time:

  • Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm, rotating nights and weekends on call

What you will do:

  • Under general supervision, acts as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team.

What you will need:

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent

  • Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date

Preferred:

  • Previous Surgery/OR experience
