Stony Brook University: Health Sciences: Renaissance School of Medicine: Internal Medicine: Cardiology Location Stony Brook, New York Open Date Jul 15, 2024 Deadline Jan 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Description The Division of Cardiology at The Heart Institute, Stony Brook University Hospital, seeks full-time academic Consultative or Non-invasive imaging cardiologists (Assistant or Associate or Full Professor levels) to serve a population of 1.5 million people at Suffolk County's largest academic hospital. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MD, DO or MD/PhD (or foreign equivalent). Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Board certified/eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Excellence in clinical care and teaching in cardiology (inpatient and outpatient). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior leadership experience. For those interested in a non-invasive imaging/advanced imaging pathway, at least level II training in one area of advanced imaging is desired.
