ERG is seeking Business Analysts to join our Digital Solutions team. Job Description: Collaborate with team members and clients to support the development of web applications and data visualization tools Complete assigned tasks within an Agile development framework, contribute to development sprints, and use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain technical documentation Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to support product design and planning Develop test plans and test cases Perform manual software testing and execute automated test cases Develop familiarity with socioeconomic and environmental datasets, as well as federal environmental programs Analyze, summarize, and interpret environmental data and scientific findings Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and client status meetings Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, health science, environmental science, or a related interdisciplinary field, such as mathematics, science, or engineering Minimum GPA of 3.0 One to four years of relevant professional experience Ability to successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation as part of the credentialing process for working with federal clients Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet evolving project demands Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, including the ability to acquire and apply new skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies Certified ScrumMaster certification or a similar credential Experience writing automated test cases using Selenium, SoapUI, or similar software Experience using Qlik, Tableau, or other data visualization software ERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
