LifeShield National Insurance Co is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Compliance to work from our office in Oklahoma City. As a member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the organization, ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and our related internal policies, and procedures. The position will require reviewing standards and monitoring a framework and procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations as they evolve. The Director of Compliance will report directly to the President and inform the Board about important issues and material violations. Position Competencies: A successful candidate:

Bachelors (required)
Experience
3 years: Experience in a role directly managing key aspects of a compliance program in the insurance industry. (required)
