Your Role on the Team Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Generalist 3, the HR Generalist 2 is responsible for the effective management of all staff personnel and payroll actions for the Campus Recreation Department. The position will maintain statistical data, personnel and payroll records, and will serve as the Campus Recreation coordinating point for personnel and payroll actions. Applies professional human resources, organization policies and procedures to provide guidance to supervisors and managers to resolve a variety of human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity. This position is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of additional 1-3 year extension and/or the possibility of converting to a career position upon future funding availability. This is a hybrid role with four days reporting for in-person work at our Irvine campus and one day of remote work during the academic year.
