We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fidelity Coach to join our team. The Fidelity Coach will play a key role in ensuring the effective training and implementation of evidence-based practices within our organization, with a focus on fidelity to program models and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and/or substance use services, experience with fidelity monitoring, and a commitment to promoting high-quality care for individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.
