QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead with strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the team

* Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Playwright

* Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks

* Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirements

* Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

* Analyze test results and report defects effectively

* Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency (added advantage)

Required Skills:

* Strong experience in Automation Testing

* Hands-on expertise in Selenium and/or Playwright

* Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools

* Good understanding of QA methodologies and best practices

Preferred:

* Experience with AI-based testing tools or frameworks

Salary Range- $80,000-$100,000 a year
