Job Description Skill: Fircosoft Developer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: We are seeking a highly skilled developer having hands-on Fircosoft with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Oracle, and Kafka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing scalable enterprise applications, mentoring development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud-native solutions. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, be able to drive architectural discussions, enforce engineering best practices, and work closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps, QA, and production support teams. Knowledge of Fircosoft (Firco Trust/Firco Continuity/Firco Compliance Link) or financial crime compliance applications is a must.
