Job Duties

• Hand-pack finished snack products.
• Assemble boxes and pack bagged products into cases.
• Place finished cases onto pallets.
• Monitor packaging equipment and production processes.
• Ensure labels are properly applied.
• Monitor box and bag production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep packaging equipment operating efficiently.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when issues occur.
• Identify and resolve minor machine issues independently when possible.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

• Ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems.
• Ability to read gauges, monitor equipment performance, and accurately record information.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work at a fast, repetitive pace.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 25+ pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to maintain focus throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to safely perform job duties while following required safety procedures.
