What You'll Do:
  • Lead multiple related projects and ongoing operations, coordinating activities across 3+ business or functional areas.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk plans, quality plans, and communication plans.
  • Monitor project performance, identify variances and risks, manage approved changes, and implement corrective actions and workarounds.
  • Build and motivate high-performing project teams through mentoring, training, collaboration, and effective resource coordination.
  • Maintain strong risk, regulatory, audit, and internal-control practices while escalating issues appropriately.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Program Planning & Execution
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Risk, Governance & Dependency Management
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Stakeholder & Executive Communication
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Masters Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly an ability to negotiate, influence and gain consensus.
  • Regularly communicates verbally and in writing with executive management on status of initiatives, in a professional and understandable manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually as well as a member of a team.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and well-organized individual.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints in support of various assignments.
  • Ability to function professionally at many different levels (clients, management and peers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary for business partner relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to build mutual trust and encourage respect; open to diverse points of view.
