What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, store, issue, and distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stockroom transactions within enterprise systems.
- Perform material handling activities to support production and operational requirements.
- Complete receiving, stockroom, and inventory transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Research material shortages, discrepancies, and inventory issues and assist with resolution efforts.
- Support order fulfillment and material distribution activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and transaction reviews.
- Process paperwork and system transactions related to receipts, issues, and inventory movements.
- Support Government Customer Property Control requirements and accountability standards.
- Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve inventory control and material flow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and fulfillment.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in stockroom operations, inventory control, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or materials management.
- 3+ years of experience using inventory, receiving, MRP, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
- 3+ years of experience performing receiving, inventory transactions, material handling, or stockroom functions.
- 2+ years of experience maintaining inventory accuracy, researching discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes.
- Forklift certification or applicable material handling certifications.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Government Customer Property Control requirements.

- Strong customer service and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology to improve inventory management and logistics processes.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen.
- Overtime: May be required based on operational and production needs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy materials and operate forklifts or other industrial vehicles.
- Work Environment: Manufacturing, warehouse, inventory control, and logistics environment supporting advanced defense and technology programs.
