APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing and screening through offer or rejection communication. Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using proactive outreach, applications, multiple talent channels, and ATS tools. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical capabilities, experience, and alignment with organizational values. Partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, and business leaders to provide updates, streamline hiring activities, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, support talent acquisition initiatives and career events, and ensure compliance with fair and inclusive hiring practices. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of recruiting experience. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree.
