Job Title: Institutional Supervising Pharmacist
Location: Concord, NH
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Industry: Pharmacy
Compensation: $135,000-150,000
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Ranging from 8am-9pm with occasional weekend support

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department. Responsible for the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, prescription dispensing, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies.
  • Manage third-party claims, pharmacy inventory, ordering, returns, and outdates.
  • Maintain accurate prescription records and patient confidentiality.
  • Ensure pharmacy technology and systems are used effectively.
  • Lead customer service and loss prevention efforts.
  • Support pharmacy marketing, promotions, and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional pharmacy environment.
  • Build relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and oversee pharmacy staff.
  • Assist with budgeting, payroll, productivity, and department performance.
  • Support audits, regulatory requirements, and required training.
  • Facilitate communication between pharmacy staff and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
  • Posses and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy
  • Prior retail/community pharmacy experience required.
  • Experience with prescription dispensing, third-party claims, inventory, and pharmacy operations.
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift
