Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $70k - $80k

Position Summary

The Digital Growth & Revenue Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing opportunities that drive overall company revenue growth. This position combines sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, Amazon, analytics, and business development to increase customer acquisition, sales, and profitability across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and growth-focused, with experience using digital platforms and data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results. Amazon expertise is highly preferred.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Analytics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, online marketplaces, SEO, customer acquisition, and sales analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, or digital reporting platforms is a plus.


Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, revenue growth, business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central required; Amazon Advertising experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Google Shopping, paid search campaigns, and marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, advertising, customer, and revenue data to drive business growth.
  • Experience with SEO, conversion rate optimization, online sales channels, and customer acquisition strategies preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable business results.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment for extended periods.
  • Frequent computer use, data analysis, reporting, and digital platform management.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Occasional travel for meetings, training, or business development activities may be required.


Job Duties

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies that increase sales, profitability, and customer acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central, product listings, pricing, promotions, keywords, and advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee Google Ads, Google Shopping, and other digital marketing initiatives to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze sales, customer behavior, advertising performance, product trends, and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive revenue and business expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, markets, customers, strategic partnerships, and sales channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer demand.
  • Support website optimization, SEO initiatives, and digital customer experience improvements.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track revenue growth, advertising performance, profitability, customer acquisition, and key business metrics.
  • Recommend and implement data-driven strategies that improve sales conversion, margins, and overall business performance.
