- Analyze campaign and business performance data for growth marketing initiatives, providing critical insights into effectiveness and return on investment.
- Track, monitor, and report on marketing investments and outcomes, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead paid media planning and forecasting across diverse channels, including Affiliate, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Audio, and Video.
- Build and manage comprehensive budgets, goal setting, pacing, and performance forecasts to guide marketing spend.
- Synthesize cross-channel performance data to inform strategy, highlight key insights, and guide investment decisions.
- Monitor the performance of new entertainment programming and digital products, identifying trends and business drivers.
- Consolidate business and marketing performance metrics into clear, actionable reports for various stakeholders.
- Partner closely with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support ongoing planning and optimization efforts.
- Develop business cases and scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of growth initiatives and trade-offs.
- Create and deliver executive-ready reporting and performance reviews for leadership.
- Collaborate with channel owners and market teams on planning, optimization, and best practices, considering local nuances.
- Support the implementation and execution of marketing mix model results.
- Maintain and organize data sources used for business reporting and analysis.
- Act as a key point of contact for inquiries regarding paid media planning and spend pacing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media planning, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or subscription-based business environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and forecasting skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL and R.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable, and data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, along with Google Suite and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data for executive audiences and foster strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing shifting priorities and delivering high-quality work efficiently.
- Curiosity and a willingness to proactively investigate trends and business drivers.
- Experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms.
