About the Opportunity

This entry-level accounting role offers an unparalleled foundation in public company financial reporting and SEC compliance. You will gain valuable exposure to U.S. GAAP and financial statement disclosures, developing critical technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills through hands-on participation in the external reporting process. This position is designed to be developmental, exposing you to general accounting, internal controls, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and financial applications, while building your industry and company acumen.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the preparation and filing of essential SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• Support the development and release of earnings announcements and other external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the External Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Engage cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of financial statement disclosures and their supporting documentation.
• Develop a strong understanding of business systems, processes, controls, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers for basic accounting transactions.
• Research basic accounting issues and transactions, including related internal controls.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
• A working knowledge of US GAAP or country-specific accounting principles.
• No previous accounting experience is required, making this an ideal entry point for recent graduates.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A strong interest in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting.
• Basic understanding of financial statements.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment.
• A proactive approach to developing technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
