Award-Winning Internship Program Job Summary The Customer Experience Intern supports West Bend's Customer Experience team by analyzing customer feedback, policy data, and digital experience insights to help improve policyholder and agent experiences. This role assists with Voice of Customer (VoC) reporting, customer journey measurement, customer experience initiatives, and data storytelling. The intern will gain hands-on experience using survey platforms, Power BI, Databricks, and Google Analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and transform data into actionable insights that support customer-focused business decisions. Work Location This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time. Responsibilities & Qualifications Customer Experience Intern Turn Customer Feedback into Meaningful Business Insights At West Bend Insurance, customer experience is more than a department. As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll help uncover what customers are saying, how they're engaging with us digitally, and where we can create better experiences. You'll work directly with customer feedback, policy data, and digital experience insights to identify trends, measure customer journeys, and support strategic initiatives that influence business decisions across the organization. Salary Statement The hourly pay for this position is $21.00.
