What You'll Do

• Support privacy compliance initiatives and data protection projects across the organization.
• Assist senior project managers and product owners with task-level project coordination, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Conduct essential research and analysis on privacy regulations and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
• Help maintain comprehensive project documentation, track timelines, and facilitate clear stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and monitor project progress.
• Perform critical data analysis and reporting to support ongoing privacy and compliance efforts.
• Assist with thorough risk assessments and gap analyses related to privacy programs.
• Support the development and implementation of robust privacy policies and procedures.
• Handle smaller-scale projects and discrete tasks, contributing significantly to larger workstreams.

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA) or data governance concepts.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or privacy-related roles.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• An understanding of regulated industries is a plus.
