What You'll Do



  • Develop and support sophisticated email campaigns and client communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Leverage AMPscript, HTML, and CSS to craft highly personalized, responsive communications that truly resonate with clients.
  • Build robust landing pages and create reusable components within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, significantly enhancing efficiency and scalability across campaigns.
  • Translate complex business and personalization requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, expertly adapting to changing priorities and consistently meeting aggressive deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business, technology, and compliance partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to all standards.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the entire campaign-production process, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Adhere to and proactively advocate for best practices in platform usage, coding standards, quality assurance, and email-compliance regulations.
  • Contribute to shared knowledge bases using tools such as OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop, fostering a collaborative team environment and continuous learning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign scalability, streamline processes, and reduce operational risk, driving continuous improvement.


What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 3+ years of proven AMPscript programming experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience developing landing pages and reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines with composure and efficiency.
  • A solid understanding of email-development standards and applicable legal or compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical partners, fostering strong working relationships.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Current or previous experience within the financial-services industry.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code and difference-checking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience maintaining shared documentation in platforms such as OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop.
