Job Details: Advance your critical care career with the ICU Float Pool at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where you'll provide expert nursing care across seven specialized intensive care units. This unique role offers exposure to a wide range of critically ill patient populations while working alongside nationally recognized multidisciplinary teams. ICU Float Pool RNs develop exceptional clinical expertise, adaptability, and confidence while delivering high-quality, compassionate care in some of the hospital's most complex critical care environments. ICU Float Pool RNs will get training in the following ICUs: SICU, Weinberg Surgical ICU, CVSICU, Neuro ICU, MICU, CCU, and Oncology ICU. Qualifications:

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
