Your Role DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. This role reports to the Administrative Manager and provides critical administrative and office operations support to enable an efficient, welcoming, and productive work environment for employees, leaders, and visitors. This role is not open to Visa sponsorship. DEPCOM Power's Project Delivery team ensures that the Project Operations team has the tools they need to be successful. What You Will Do Greet and assist visitors as the first point of contact for the Scottsdale office Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing welcome materials, coordinating desk nameplates, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience Ensure training rooms, conference rooms, and common office spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and catering arrangements to support productive team collaboration and customer interactions Order, stock, and maintain office supplies and administrative resources Provide backup support to the Administrative Manager as needed Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Ability to work part-time Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook calendaring Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality What Will Put You Ahead Previous administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or customer-facing support experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
