Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and deliver welcoming customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You'll contribute through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and the location perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and security-related incidents through detailed written and/or electronic reports.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and emergency response activities while maintaining professional communication with store leadership and local authorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
