Position Summary The Regional Sales Director, Oncology is a first-line sales leader responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Oncology Key Account Managers (KAMs) to achieve and exceed regional revenue objectives and commercial goals. Reporting to the National Sales Director, Oncology, this role is accountable for recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing KAM performance while ensuring effective and compliant execution of Cosette's oncology commercial strategy across community oncology practices, hospitals, health systems, and other priority accounts. The Regional Sales Director translates national brand strategy into regional execution, develops and executes regional business plans, optimizes customer engagement strategies, and ensures the field organization effectively communicates product value, addresses customer needs, and drives appropriate product utilization. As Cosette expands its oncology portfolio through acquired, launched, and relaunched products, this leader will play a critical role in building and optimizing a high-performing oncology field organization focused on customer engagement, account growth, operational excellence, and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Talent Development * Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Oncology Key Account Managers. Regional Business Leadership & Sales Execution * Achieve or exceed regional revenue objectives, brand performance goals, and commercial targets. Strategic Account & Customer Engagement * Provide leadership oversight for priority oncology accounts, including community oncology practices, academic centers, hospitals, health systems, and other strategic customers. Cross-Functional Partnership * Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade, Commercial Operations, and Sales Leadership to support successful execution of oncology brand strategies. Business Management & Compliance * Manage regional budgets, including speaker programs, educational initiatives, promotional resources, and other commercial investments. Qualifications Required Experience * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Preferred Experience * Prior oncology sales leadership experience. Knowledge & Skills * Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management capabilities. Key Performance Indicators / Success Measures Regional Business Performance * Achievement of regional revenue objectives, sales goals, and brand performance targets. Field Leadership & Team Effectiveness * KAM performance against objectives and business plans. Customer Engagement * Effective execution of regional customer engagement strategies. Operational Excellence & Compliance * CRM compliance and administrative execution. Physical Requirements This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned region, including overnight travel. The Regional Sales Director must reside within the assigned region.
