Job Summary: TechSource a Salas O'Brien Company is hiring a Program Manager (PM) who will serve as the primary on-site leader for the General Support Services (GSS) Contract supporting the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Field Office (HFO). This position oversees all contract activities, ensuring effective program delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with DOE mission objectives. The PM manages multidisciplinary teams providing technical, administrative, scientific, and programmatic support for the oversight and coordination of the Hanford Mission. Location: Primary work location is on-site at the Hanford Field Office in Richland, WA, with some approved remote flexibility. Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance. Travel: Travel may be required in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Bachelors of Engineering (required)
Experience
10 years: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program or project management within DOE, Federal, or large-scale environmental or technical support environments. (required)
Licenses & Certifications
Project Management Pro (preferred)
