CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a National Wastewater Technical Director to serve as a national technical leader/subject matter expert within our Water/Wastewater practice. This is a high-impact role for a recognized expert who thrives on solving complex challenges, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and advancing innovative, sustainable solutions that protect public health and the environment. In this role, you won't just deliver projects - you'll shape technical direction, elevate best practices, and mentor the next generation of engineers. What You'll Do:
Serve as a national technical authority in wastewater treatment by setting standards, guiding design approaches, and influencing project delivery across regions

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
