Your Job We are seeking a candidate to fill a Senior Engineering role focused on Fiberline and Bleach operations/processes with the CPG Pulp, Power, Recovery & Secondary Fiber Technical Center. This position can be home based. The position will report to the Sr. Director of CPG PPR & Secondary Fiber and will work with multiple groups and disciplines throughout operations and technical centers to improve asset performance, reliability and overall manufacturing competitive position. The position will provide support focused on the consumer products group mills but will support all of GP manufacturing as needed. This position is expected to apply PBM and Frameworks to proactively support the development and execution of improvement plans for Pulp & Bleaching manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive results, creating superior value to meet GP's manufacturing vision. What You Will Do

For this role, we anticipate paying $130k - $200k per year (depending on experience). This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
