About the Role

Step into a pivotal leadership role where you will orchestrate the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be the driving force on-site, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This position empowers you to make critical decisions, lead diverse teams, and overcome challenges, directly influencing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of essential projects.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily construction site operations, rigorously ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications.
• Develop, implement, and meticulously maintain project schedules, coordinating seamlessly with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee the timely delivery of all necessary materials and services.
• Conduct thorough inspections of work performed by subcontractors, upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Proactively monitor project budgets, meticulously track expenses, and report any variances to the project manager, maintaining financial integrity.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, cultivating a positive, collaborative, and highly productive work environment.
• Skillfully identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and maintaining momentum.
• Foster clear, effective, and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you will need a robust blend of experience, skills, and certifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or residential construction management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional organizational, and superior communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing construction management software and various industry tools to optimize project workflows.
• Required certification: OSHA 30.
