We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Mobile BFF team within Procore's Mobile division. In this role, you'll use your technical leadership and engineering skills to develop products that impact how hospitals, homes, sports stadiums, and schools across the world are built. The Mobile division builds the native iOS and Android experiences construction teams rely on every day, and this team owns the GraphQL Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services that power those apps - translating fundamental customer needs into fast, reliable mobile experiences. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll serve as the technical lead for the Mobile BFF team, owning the architecture and direction of the GraphQL BFF services that drive our customer-facing mobile applications. You'll bring deep expertise in distributed systems, test-driven development, and modern web development to drive sound technical decisions, collaborate with partner teams across the division, and extend your influence broadly across the organization. This position is hybrid and reports to a Manager, Software Engineering based in Austin, TX. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
