Job description

The Candidate Integrity Investigator plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of the hiring process by ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of candidate information throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role conducts thorough investigations into potential discrepancies, verifies candidate credentials and employment history, assesses potential risks, and collaborates with Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal, and Security teams to support fair, compliant, and ethical hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in investigative techniques, risk assessment, and confidential case management, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Assist with first-level internal integrity investigations within Talent Acquisition to substantiate and action on integrity concerns.
Ensure all case files are maintained with thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation to support investigative findings and potential audit reviews.
Facilitate Recruiter and Hiring Manager communications to provide direction on investigation outcomes and candidate disposition.
Prepare and deliver weekly read-outs to partner groups, summarizing JIRA submissions, trends, and key insights.
Maintain the Fraud and Misconduct Tracker to log trends, behaviors, and outcomes for weekly reporting.
Manage Tableau Dashboards to monitor people metrics and identify opportunities to automate and streamline data.
Develop documentation, including Reports of Investigation and standard operating procedure (SOP) updates.
Perform JIRA board reviews and updates to track case status and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of investigation experience
At least 3 years of Human Resources, Legal or Risk Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in a team corporate environment
Knowledge of employment law and practices
