Front-End Developer

Location: Offutt AFB, NE / STRATCOM

Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

This position requires a Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance to be considered. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.

As a Front-End Developer, you will support USSTRATCOM/J7 assessments across campaign, risk, operations, and Joint Force evaluation areas. This position designs and builds modern, intuitive, and secure interfaces that translate complex analytic outputs-including campaign, risk, operations, and Joint Force assessments-into accessible, decisionquality visual products for senior leaders and operational planners.

Who You Are and What You Need:



  • An active, fully-adjudicated TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, management information systems, statistics, applied mathematics, and/or applied physics or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of combined front-end development and visualization experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing user interfaces with modern web technologies, specifically the React framework.
  • Experienced in database-driven applications, version control, and data normalization.
  • Capable of automating tasks with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in MAVEN Smart Systems.
  • Skill in developing interactive, web-based data visualizations and dashboards utilizing modern libraries.
  • Expertise in querying external databases through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds.
  • Experience in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams..



What You Will Do:



  • Develop graphic user interfaces (GUIs) and frontend components enabling seamless interaction between assessment data repositories, analytics engines, and visualization platforms
  • Build responsive, usercentric dashboards and tools that visualize global trends, risks, opportunities, and OAI (operations, activities, and investments) effectiveness
  • Integrate UI components with automated monitoring pipelines processing intelligence, diplomatic, opensource, and afteraction data
  • Work iteratively with data analysts, ORSAs, planners, and mission stakeholders to align design outputs with evolving requirements
  • Implement frontend solutions that support MLenabled analytics, forecasting models, and assessment datasets
  • Support the creation of clear, tailored visualization products for executivelevel briefings and multiechelon dissemination
  • Assist in data collection, assessment production, and system integration tasks tied to broader assessment processes.
  • Other duties as required by Program Manager.
