Job description
Job Title: Project Coordinator III Pay range: $45-$46.06 hour Duration: 12 months contract Location: Remote Overview: Sales Ramp & Readiness owns a new hire's entire first year at the company - Ramp (Month 1) and Readiness (Month 2 Month 12) - across SMB, Mid-Market, Channel, and Platform. As the team scales its scope in FY27, it needs someone who makes sure the trains run on time: requests get triaged, projects get executed, deadlines get hit, and stakeholders always know where things stand. The Sales Ramp & Readiness Project Coordinator is the operational engine of the team. This person owns the team's Smartsheet infrastructure, manages intake for new requests, and coordinates execution across every function within Ramp & Readiness - Ramp Content, Facilitation, Customer Success Enablement, and the new Readiness function - so that work moves quickly and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a highly cross-functional role: success depends on building real relationships with stakeholders across Sales, GTM Enablement, and Sales Excellence, and being the person people trust to keep their request on track without having to ask twice. This role has real runway. As Ramp & Readiness grows its remit in FY27 and beyond, the scope of this role - the size and complexity of what this person owns - is expected to grow with it. Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Execution
- Own day-to-day execution across Ramp & Readiness projects and initiatives - tracking tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and maintain project plans, checklists, and status trackers that keep the team and stakeholders aligned in real time.
- Drive projects to completion, not just to "tracked" - follow up relentlessly, unblock owners, and close the loop on every open item.
Smartsheet Ownership & Reporting
- Serve as the team's Smartsheet expert: build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, trackers, and automations that give the team and leadership real-time visibility into program status.
- Standardize how the team plans, tracks, and reports on work so that status is always one click away instead of a special request.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual tracking and reporting work.
Intake & Stakeholder Management
- Own the intake process for new requests coming into Ramp & Readiness: triage, prioritize, and route them to the right owner quickly.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across Sales, GTM Enablement, and Sales Excellence - setting expectations clearly and keeping requesters informed at every step.
- Build enough trust and consistency that requests come through the intake process rather than as ad hoc asks to whoever's available.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across Ramp, Readiness, Facilitation, Creative/Content, and Customer Success Enablement to keep interdependent workstreams in sync.
- Flag risks, conflicts, and bottlenecks early, and escalate to the right owner before they become deadline problems.
- Partner with peer teams (GTM Enablement, Sales Excellence) on shared initiatives to keep cross-pillar work moving smoothly.
Speed & Follow-Through
- Thrive in a high-velocity environment: manage many concurrent, fast-moving requests without dropping details.
- Bring genuine energy to getting things done - checking things off, closing loops, and driving tasks to done, not just to tracked.
- Adapt quickly when priorities shift, without losing organization or momentum.
Success Metrics
- On-time delivery rate for Ramp & Readiness projects and milestones.
- Intake response and turnaround time - how quickly a new request is triaged, assigned, and moving.
- Accuracy and adoption of Smartsheet trackers and dashboards across the team and with leadership.
- Stakeholder satisfaction, evidenced by partners across Sales, GTM Enablement, and Sales Excellence trusting the intake process and following it.
- Demonstrated growth in scope of ownership over the fiscal year as Ramp & Readiness's remit expands.
Skills Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working within a sales enablement, sales operations, or similar revenue-supporting function, with a working understanding of how enablement programs operate.
- Expert-level Smartsheet proficiency, including formulas, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines flawlessly in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable communicating clearly and confidently with partners at every level.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action and a genuine drive to execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to keep multiple audiences informed without over-communicating.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-speed environment.
