Position Summary The Analyst, Network Marketing supports execution across co-op marketing, network marketing, new route launches, and focus city marketing across all markets, reporting to the Manager, Network Marketing. This role executes day-to-day marketing plans, partner deliverables, and reporting established by the Manager, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across all program areas. The Analyst works closely with the Manager to support the marketing relationship with the Revenue Management and Network teams. Essential Responsibilities
- Execute co-op marketing programs across all markets, managing day-to-day partner deliverables, timelines, and creative and asset coordination in support of the Manager's strategy
- Support the network marketing partnership with the Revenue Management and Network Planning teams by compiling performance data, route-level marketing recaps, and ad hoc analysis
- Support execution of new route launch marketing plans across all markets, coordinating launch timelines, local activations, and cross-functional deliverables from planning through post-launch reporting
- Execute focus city marketing plans across assigned markets, coordinating local activations and partner and vendor logistics in support of the Manager's strategy
- Coordinate with paid media team on execution of creative needs and DCO support
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Co-Brand Marketing teams to support execution of marketing priorities in key markets
- Track and manage budgets across co-op marketing and focus city marketing programs, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and reporting
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to measure performance of co-op, network, launch, and focus city marketing programs, and identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and complete ad hoc projects for the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; ORdemonstratedcapability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years ofpreviousrelevant work experience
- One (1) year of marketing experience, with exposure to co-op marketing, partnership marketing, network marketing, or related functions
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across a wide range of departments and teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US isrequired, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Three (3) years of marketing experience, with exposure to co-op marketing, partnership marketing, network marketing, or related functions
- Experience in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with co-op marketing structures, partner investment frameworks, or joint marketing agreements
- Exposure to route launch or market activation execution
- Knowledge of travel industry and competitive landscape

- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
- Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $67,000.00 and $101,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
