Overview The Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) is a newly established role designed to bring structure, consistency, and clarity to complex technical initiatives across ViaPath. This role ensures strong alignment between technical work and business objectives, improves predictability, and reduces operational friction. The TPM acts as a critical bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders-strengthening communication, enabling effective resource planning, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact internal projects. The emphasis is to streamline processes, increase visibility, and ensure that our technical investments deliver maximum value. Position to be based at any ViaPath office. For individuals that are not located near a ViaPath office, the position can be remote based. Responsibilities
Manage internal deliverable projects from initiation to production phase and beyond. Oversee product launches, ensuring all internal stakeholders (BD, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing) have signed off on all aspects before products are launched (this includes prototypes, pilots, etc.)
