We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join a pivotal team, where you will play a critical role in transforming how strategic workforce planning and operational data are managed and leveraged. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies to build robust solutions that ensure data quality, drive insightful reporting, and automate key processes. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making, contributing significantly to the efficiency and strategic direction of a large-scale organization.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines using Data Factory and related cloud services.
  • Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python.
  • Manage and support SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
  • Work with tabular data models, including Analysis Services cubes.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across planning and reporting platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into analytical solutions.


Required Skills



  • Advanced SQL development and database design expertise.
  • Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks.
  • Experience with SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Factory pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and dimensional modeling.
  • Understanding of cloud data platform services and cloud-based data architectures.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience required.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Related tech industry experience.
