Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be the technical and strategic partner our Account Executives

rely on to help prospective customers see exactly how TrackVia solves their most pressing

operational challenges.

This is a customer-facing, high-impact role. You'kk sit at the intersection of sales, product, and

implementation. You will be working with Account Executives to translate a prospec's business

problem into a compelling vision, then proving it's achievable through hands-on demonstrations

and tailored proof of concepts. If you love understanding how businesses operate, solving real

problems in front of an audience, and helping customers get to "yes" with confidence, this role is

built for you.

Requirements

Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to run consultative discovery

sessions that uncover the customer's business problem and quantify the value of solving

it.

  • Build and communicate a clear, compelling vision of how TrackVia addresses each prospect's unique needs
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations and workshops tailored to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Clearly articulate the value of TrackVi's platform to audiences at every level, from line-of-business managers to C-level executives
  • Design and build custom proof-of-concept solutions that show prospects - not just tell them - how TrackVia will work for their business
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of TrackVia's full platform capabilities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and clearly articulate what sets TrackVia apart
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to shape high-level project plans and phased rollout strategies that set customers up for long-term success
  • Present to customer groups and executive stakeholders, adapting your message to the audience in the room
  • Contribute ideas for new solutions, service offerings, and sales strategies as TrackVia's go-to-market motion evolves
  • Partner cross-departmentally to bring fresh perspectives back into the product and sales process
  • Provide input to product and other cross-functional teams on prospect requests and potential product enhancements
  • Keep account and opportunity information up to date in our CRM to help prioritize and manage the sales pipeline

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing solutions, sales engineering, or
  • application-building role
  • A solid grasp of consultative or solution-selling methodologies, and the ability to apply them with both business users and executive audiences
  • A natural collaborator who thrives working side-by-side with a sales lead to win as a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can simplify complex ideas for any audience
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts; experience with MySQL is a plus
  • A high-energy, results-driven mindset with a genuine drive to help customers succeed
  • A track record of helping increase deal size and accelerate the buying process
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Bachelor degree preferred, but not required - we care more about what you can do
