Patient Care Technician PRN Day Shift NO Call or Weekends The PCT is responsible for routine patient activities and support of Surgical Team. 1 year of clinical experience is required, Endoscopy experience required, CNA certification also required. Prepares endoscopy rooms for procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, and renal biopsies Performs scope setup, leak testing, and basic functional checks under guidance Ensures required supplies and equipment are available prior to case start Assists with scope and accessory handling under RN/MD direction Supports patient positioning specific to endoscopic procedures Follows established workflows and responds to real-time direction during cases Recognizes when assistance is needed and escalates appropriately Maintains aseptic technique and patient safety standards Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity employer.
