We are growing our Business Development team in Boston because our current BDRs are being promoted into the next step of their sales careers as Client Specialists. The Opportunity As a BDR, you will be assigned to a territory and partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to create new pipeline. You will research target accounts, identify the right people to engage, personalize outreach, qualify interest, and create high-quality sales opportunities. You will learn how enterprise software sales works from the ground up: prospecting, territory planning, messaging, discovery, objection handling, account strategy, and pipeline generation. You will also receive structured coaching, onboarding, enablement, and exposure to experienced sellers who can help you grow. The best BDRs at Nexthink treat their territory like their own business.
