The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Fleet Director provides operational leadership and oversight of fleet management activities across RWJBH, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, utilization, compliance, and lifecycle planning. This role supports Mobile Health and system-wide operations by ensuring safe, cost-effective, and standardized fleet practices. The Fleet Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Risk Management, Finance, and operational leaders to optimize total cost of ownership, vendor performance, and fleet utilization. Required:
